New Science brings hope
Resources regarding autoimmune diseases being caused by chronic intracellular infections from cell wall deficient bacteria can be found here:
I suggest you start here. This is an overview of the science, explained in a more lay-mans fashion. The video is made by Amy Proal. The Marshall protocol explained
This is the study site serving a cohort of hundreds of patients worldwide, in cooperation with their doctors they are being treated with the protocol for a wide range of autoimmune diseases. It also contains articles and science supporting the treatment. If you want to try the treatment and get your doctor aboard too, you will find all you need here including transcripts of presentations at prestigious conferences and universities. Read them, ask questions, learn about the cause of your disease, and print them out so you can bring them to your doctor! The treatment is free, except from the medications involved, mainly specially selected antibiotics and Olmesartan (brand name Benicar in the U.S). Due to the success of the treatment, and the massive amount of patients wanting to join the study cohort, the study itself is temporarily closed, but you can still use the treatment in cooperation with your doctor! There is allot of interesting information to be found at the page, including up to date presentations, scientific articles and patient's progress reports.
Her you can ask questions about the treatment "Marshall Protocol", and read about people in the same situation as you, I think you will be surprised over how many of the symptoms that are shared between all autoimmune diagnosis
This site is made by Amy Proal who suffers from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), another autoimmune disease. She is a graduate from Georgetown University and she has collected science articles about CWD (Cell Wall Deficient) Bacteria, Vitamin D, and she also presents patient's stories about people being treated by the Marshall Protocol telling about the progress they have experienced following the treatment. Patient's stories also include Sjøgren's Syndrome.
Here is an interview conducted by Amy Proal with a Sjøgren's patient and her progress using the Marshall protocol:
This is the website of the foundation behind the treatment and underlying science. You can receive DVD's about their work if you donate a small fee to their work. The foundation is ran by volunteers and is a non profit organization.

Online videopresentations from different universities, hospitals and congresses about autoimmunity, can be found here. There are more videopresentations on the menu on the right side of the vimeo webpage once you have clicked the lins provided below, and entered the site. All of them are from the foundations scientists. I suggest you start with the presentations on the bottom of the list on the right side of the vimeo site, this will give you a more chronographically understanding of how the science has developed. Keep in mind that these presentations are mostly aimed for scientists and doctors.
The autoimmunity reserach Foundation now has its own channel at youtube, here you will find all the newest videopresentations and can subscribe to new posts:
This might seem like complicated stuff, but allot of patients has watched these before you, and have comprehended the concepts. You dont have to understand every detail at a molecular level to use this treatment. You can also ask questions about the treatment on the www.curemyth1.org site, or www.marshallprotocol.com. However the foundation has limited resources being busy with administrating the sites, interacting with medical professionals and patients, further developing their research, and communicating their results to the scientific and medical community, therefore they cannot always respond to the more complex questions you might have as fast as you might wish for. There are well developed FAQ's on both sites though. Your doctor can registrar at a forum especially designed for medical proffesionals with patients using the treatemtent at www.marshallprotocol.com.
